This giveaway is run by innocent Limited ("innocent", or “we”). innocent’s registered office is located at [Fruit Towers, 342 Ladbroke Grove, London W10 5BU (“Giveaway”). Entry to the Giveaway is free of charge and is subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms”) and to any and all applicable laws and regulations.

By entering and participating in this Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements set out below.

innocent takes data protection very seriously. By entering this Giveaway you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms. By submitting any information required as part of their entry into the campaign, entrants agree to their information being processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

These Terms prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. How to get involved

Participants must satisfy the following entry and eligibility criteria in order to enter the Giveaway (“Entrant(s)”):
1. Entrants [must be 16 years or older (under 18s require parental/legal guardian consent to enter)
2. We can only send our little packages out to UK addresses so the Giveaway is open to residents of [the United Kingdom only] excluding innocent employees, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the giveaway.

4. innocent shall not be held responsible if any Entrant is not able to perform any or all of the entry requirements.

8. In the event of any dispute, entries containing any invalid or incorrect data will not be included in the Giveaway.

2. Opening and Closing Dates

Entries received by innocent outside the Giveaway Period shall not be included in the giveaway.

3. The Giveaway Rules and how to enter

Verifying your email address. Any entries received after 23:59pm on 16/02/2026 will not be considered.

The winner of the random prize draw will be drawn via a computerised system producing verifiably random results from all valid entries received during the promotional period and winners will be notified within 5 working daya thereafter via email to the email address submitted with their entry. Winners will have 5 working days to claim their prize.

4. Understanding the Terms

If in innocent’s reasonable opinion the Giveaway is compromised by any event beyond innocent’s control, innocent reserves the right to modify, terminate, amend, or extend the Giveaway without any responsibility or liability for any kind of loss or damage that may result to Entrants.
At any time during the Giveaway, Innocent reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify and remove any Entrant for their failure to observe these Terms.

5. Limitations of Liability

The Giveaway Item is not transferable and no cash alternative is available in either case.
innocent will not be held liable:
1. in the event that your Giveaway Item is lost in the post.
insofar as permitted by law, neither innocent, nor its subsidiaries, holding company, and holding company’s subsidiaries and subsidiaries of those subsidiaries including without limitation the innocent entities together the “Innocent Group” assumes any responsibility or liability for:
1. Any incorrect or inaccurate Entry, or for any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions;
2. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of codes at any point in the operation of this Giveaway;
3. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Giveaway;
4. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof;
5. Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to Entrants, or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Giveaway.
6. In no event shall innocent or the Innocent Group be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, work stoppages, accidents, or acts of God, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software or hardware) services.

In order to process your application and send Giveaway Item’s to Entrants, Entrants acknowledge and consent to innocent sharing the necessary information with our fulfilment and delivery partners and subject to the terms of our privacy policy.
By participating in the Giveaway and/or posting content relating to the Giveaway n on social, you agree that we may use such content to promote the Giveaway in such ways as we see fit. You also agree not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use where such rights exist.
In particular, we may display content sent directly to us or posted online along with your social media display name on the innocent website and social channels.

7. General

If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to or concerning these Terms.
